Caroline Bell founded Gecoz in Bellingen NSW on 15 July 2006, following the birth of her daughter, Molly. Becoming a mother for the second time, Caroline was convinced the market for organic cotton deserved more energy. She believed that our environmental dilemma demanded the attention of all mothers, across the country. This wasn't about cake stalls, signing petitions and marching on Parliament house. This was about being the change she wanted to see in the world. To achieve it Caroline would not only, give her customers value product options, but also the education to enable them to make informed decisions about their purchases. This was the difference she could be.
An avid supporter of natural fibres, Caroline used her knowledge and contacts in the rag trade to source the very best possible organic products for customers. Environmental, affordable and stylish clothing for baby was suddenly available in rural Australia. Gecoz was born - an instant favourite with North Coast locals, travellers from Armidale, Byron Bay and those journeying between Sydney and Brisbane.
Since that time, Gecoz has grown exponentially, with an increasingly diverse range of ecologically sustainable products. From shower nozzles and bio fermenters to soccer balls and baby pouches - Here you find exquisite designs and quality products at an affordable price, advocating fair trade and supporting the environment.
